Appointments
Appointments are scheduled with the appropriate time consideration given for the treatment required. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointments so we are able to maintain these schedules and meet all of our clients' needs. Your treatment will be consistently delivered by the same licensed therapist. On your initial visit, your diagnosis and treatment plan will be explained in detail, you will also receive a home exercise program and any questions will be answered.

Payment for Services
It is an insurance requirement that co-pays are to be paid at the time of each appointment. We will bill all appropriate insurances and submit claim forms on your behalf.

As a courtesy to you, on or before your third visit, we will contact your insurance carrier to determine outpatient physical or occupational therapy benefits. We will verify the amount of your deductible and/or co-payment (if any) as well as any limitations to coverage. However, since your insurance coverage is a contract between you and the insurance company, it is ultimately your responsibility to know your coverage limitations with regard to specific services. In addition, there are some instances where not all services are covered. At times, insurance companies will not even release certain information to providers. Therefore, our process of verifying coverage in no way guarantees payment for our service. You are ultimately responsible for the payment of services.

Payment for service is due when services are rendered; however, we realize that there are certain occasions when payment may strain the financial resources of our clients. In order to accommodate these situations, our billing office (724-836-1767) will help you develop a reasonable plan for payment.
